The Challenge
Project 3×24 is an extraordinary climbing endeavor to summit three of the world’s highest peaks—Everest, Lhotse, and Makalu—within 24 hours.
This is a record attempt built to push the limits of human endurance at altitude, and to honor the legacy and heritage of Nepali mountaineering in the Himalaya.

THE MISSION
It’s a Himalayan trilogy in a single continuous push. The mission is to summit Everest, Lhotse, and Makalu within a record time of 24 hours.
8,848.86 meters
The start point—and the moment the timer begins.
8,516 meters
Second highest peak in the trilogy.
8,485 meters
Third highest, completing the challenge.
Because this is a “triple header,” the countdown starts after summiting Everest, and all major events are completed within that 24-hour period.
Project 3×24 has two clear objectives:
Summit Everest, Lhotse, and Makalu within 24 hours.
Set the fastest known time from Everest summit to Lhotse summit within 5 hours.
Everest → Lhotse within 5 hours
Everest → Lhotse in 4.5 hours (conditions-dependent).
Previous benchmark (2019):
Everest → Lhotse → Makalu in 48 hours 30 minutes(2019)
Previous benchmark (2019):
Everest → Lhotse in 6 hours 1 minute(2019)

From Summit to Summit
This attempt follows a focused timeline designed to reduce wasted time while keeping the effort a single continuous record window
The record window starts at the moment Everest is summited. This is the official start point for the 24-hour objective.
After Everest is summited, the immediate push down to Camp III begins. Camp III is the transition point where the Lhotse climb begins.
From Camp III, the push to Lhotse starts, with the stated aim of completing Everest → Lhotse in 4.5 hours. This split is a core record target of the project.
After summiting Lhotse, the descent begins while a helicopter remains on standby. It sets up the transfer phase without losing time.
The standby helicopter immediately flies from the Everest/Lhotse area to Makalu Base Camp.

Project 3×24 is designed to be followed in real time and summarized clearly after completion.
High altitude can cause temporary tracking gaps. If tracking pauses, we will show the last confirmed update and post the next update as soon as it is verified.
Partnership Opportunities
Live updates and tracking will be posted as available during the attempt.
